2002 Whooping Crane Migration

Day 22: Boone County, IN - Low cloud cover this morning prevented flight for the whooping cranes and ultra-lights. Hope was held out for the possibility of an afternoon flight, but the low ceiling refused to break. The team remains in Boone County, Indiana, their 8th stop, having traveled 335.5 miles so far.
